What is OneWindow?
OneWindow by 1it.pro brings your business website, admin panel and day-to-day enquiries together. The Business package adds CRM, online bookings and analytics. We set it up for your business and provide ongoing hosting and support.
Who is it for?
Small service businesses such as salons, cafés, repair services, studios and independent professionals. We agree the right modules during a short briefing. Clinic workflows require a separate scope and data review.
How much does it cost?
From €390 to launch and €29 a month. Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates, support and up to one hour of changes each month. Your scope is agreed before work starts.
How long does a launch take?
The target is 7–14 days after the scope, content and access are ready. Translations, integrations and a larger catalogue may change the schedule; we agree the launch date with you.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. You can update the supported content, prices, photos, services and opening hours through the admin panel. We show you how during handover.
Is a CRM included in every package?
The Start package includes the website, content admin and website enquiry notifications. The Business and Pro packages add the client list, history, notes and statuses in the CRM.
Can I connect Instagram, Facebook or an AI agent?
We can scope additional channels and AI agents separately. They depend on account access, provider approvals and integration availability. They are not promised as part of the base website package.
Who owns the domain, content and client data?
You do. The domain is registered for you, and you can request an export of your content and client data. Platform licensing, export format and handover terms are set out in your agreement.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates, support and up to one hour of changes each month. Provider subscriptions, domain renewals and work beyond the agreed allowance are confirmed separately. Cancellation and the proposed one-month notice period are set out in your agreement.
How does the pilot work?
We are opening a pilot for 5 businesses with no development fee. You pay domain and hosting costs, and agree to an honest review and permission to show the project. We confirm eligibility, scope and availability before accepting your application.
